Job Description

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and timely manner.
- Educate customers on security measures and fraud prevention to ensure their accounts are protected.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, bank policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accurate information sharing.
- Provide feedback to management about recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
